Tompy's Treasure Challenge DEMO

Tompy's Treasure Challenge: this game is a spin-off of Super Major Miner (link: https://jigson.itch.io/super-major-miner)

In this game, your goal to stack treasure in your hands to get enough points to win. You can also get points from killing enemies, but they only drop points (Gold Nuggets) once. This game is still a WIP. This game stars Tompy, a blue cat that is on a quest to save his parents and his friend Major the Miner from the evil forces of Magnus, who gets his motives from Arburis. Arburis is an ancient evil being who takes the form of a purple egyptian canine.

This demo has:

- 3 playable levels

- 3 different and basic enemies to fight

- Treasures with unique abilities

- Configurable controls in the options menu. Which supports XBox, Playstation, Pro Controller, Bluetooth SNES controller, and Bluetooth N64 controllers

- Configurable options

- Oh, and a boot in level 1-3, check it out for yourself!  

TIPS:

- The boot has a secret move, maybe try pressing a certain button?

- All power ups only last 1 level

- Press Z on the world map to enter a level, and to use an item from your inventory

-  This is the Weight Glove. It increases your Weight Gauge (the blue meter on the right of the screen, duh!) by 1, which lets you carry more treasure

-  These are a Plus Heart. They are commonly found laying about in certain levels. It restores your health by 1

-  The Supercharge Glove. This is probably one of the coolest items you can find! They let you carry an unlimited amount of treasure for a certain amount of time! It also makes you really fast. They are laying about in 2/3 levels in this demo, but that might change when the game is fully released...maybe. You can also have this power up automatically applied to the next level you enter if you manage to beat a level with 100 percent of the treasure collected.

-  This is an Extra Heart. It gives you 1 extra hit point.

-  Here's an Invincibility Star. This grants you invulnerability to everything for a certain amount of time. It spawns music notes that follow you and kills enemies.
